Campus Technology Assistant

  • Provides day-to-day campus level technology support for students, teachers, and staff
  • Troubleshot and resolved basic hardware, software, and network issues
  • Supports classroom technology, including computers, tablets, smart boards, projectors, and instructional software
  • Assists teachers with integrating technology into instruction and digital learning activities
  • Manages student and staff device setup, logins, updates, and basic maintenance
  • Supports online testing platforms and digital assessment tools
  • Helps maintain inventory of campus technology equipment and accessories
  • Ensures technology is used safely and responsibly in accordance with district policies
  • Guides students on basic digital citizenship and device care
  • Communicates technology issues to district IT as needed and follows up on service requests
