Building Bright Futures at Centennial Elementary

Centennial Elementary School facade on sunny spring day with flags blowing in breeze.

At Centennial Elementary School, students are encouraged to shine from the moment they walk through the doors. Under the leadership of Sara Stewart, Centennial has built a culture centered on strong relationships, high expectations and a commitment to every child’s success.

Centennial is more than a place to learn academics — it is a community where students feel welcomed, supported and inspired to grow. From engaging classroom instruction and innovative opportunities in coding, robotics and maker spaces to character-building programs and meaningful family involvement, every part of the Centennial experience is designed to help students thrive.

The school’s success is reflected in its TEA accountability distinctions, but what truly makes Centennial special is the people. Dedicated teachers, supportive families, involved community members and caring staff work together each day to create an environment where students feel they belong and are empowered to achieve their best.

At Centennial, Comets learn, lead and shine bright together.
